DropShipSync AI

Turkey → Ozon · operations

Your catalogue stops at 1,500 products. Not because you ran out of things to sell.

About 130 of those links change every day, and you cannot know which 130 without opening all 1,500 — half a working day at ten seconds each, before you touch a single fatura. So nobody does it, and you find out from the cancellation instead. DropShipSync AI watches all 17 suppliers for you, pulls dead listings off Ozon on its own, and issues a fatura with its customs code and puts it back into Ozon in 11 seconds.

What your catalogue did today

Your numbers

At that catalogue size, 30 products went out of stock today and 100 purchase prices moved — 130 changes in a day. That is the average we see across 17 suppliers: some go quiet for weeks, others churn daily.

Nobody opens 1,500 links a day, so “never” is the honest answer for most sellers — and those 130 changes happened anyway. Stock-outs are closed without you; price changes reach you as a signal, and deciding the new price is still your job. Five minutes a fatura and ten seconds a link are what we have actually measured; the sliders start there and only go up.

The loop

Seven things a seller has to keep up with

Each one is two halves: noticing, and doing something about it. You can buy the noticing on its own — most sellers start there, in watch-only mode, and switch the acting on once they have seen for themselves that we are right. Every half below says plainly where it stands: working, being built, or planned.

01FaturasEvery order needs one, and the code on it has to be right

The customs code

The code offered by default comes out right in about half the cases we have checked. The other half is a tax refund that never arrives.

Seven. Sellers name the pain; we work out what is underneath it — which is how every green half here came to exist. Monitoring first. Then faturas, because sellers said the paperwork cost them more than the watching did. Then the customs codes, which nobody asked for at all: they were inside the faturas, and a fatura with the wrong one is not a fatura. Then automatic control, once watching alone had turned into a hundred messages a day.

Two ceilings, and hand work sets them both

Sell more without hiring for paperwork

  • At 50 faturas a day — our smallest customers — issuing them by hand is already half a working day. At 250 it is about three people, and five minutes each is the quickest we know of.
  • Here it is 11 seconds, code included, and the fatura is already back in Ozon.
  • The paperwork stops deciding how many orders you can take.

Carry more products without drowning in alerts

  • 1,500 links change about 130 times a day, and finding out which ones means opening all 1,500 — half a working day at ten seconds a link, every day. So the real choice is clicking or not looking.
  • Hiring someone for it does not fix it either. It is concentration work with no rhythm, and the person doing it will miss links — including the one that mattered.
  • Stock-outs are handled without you. The listing comes down before the order arrives, and goes back up when the supplier restocks.
  • Double the catalogue and the changes double too. That is the real reason sellers stop adding products, and it has nothing to do with running out of things to sell.

Why this is not a demo

Built where paying sellers said it hurt

Monitoring first. Then faturas, because sellers said the paperwork was costing them more than the watching. Then the customs codes, which nobody asked for — we found them inside the faturas, checked them, and had to do them too. Then automatic control, because watching alone had turned into a hundred messages a day. Sellers pointed; what actually had to be built was ours to work out.

Getting started

Three steps, and you decide when it acts

STEP 1

Connect your Ozon account

Order data flows in. Nothing changes on your listings until you say so.

STEP 2

Upload your product links

One supplier page link per product — a thousand, two thousand, as many as you carry. Then your rules: what counts as out of stock and what should happen when it is.

STEP 3

Watch first. Automate when you trust it

Everything starts as messages in a Telegram channel made for you. Click through, see that the product really is gone and the price really did move. Switch the automatic part on when you have seen enough — and not before.

Where this goes

Less work by hand, more products you can actually sell

The margin reaction, repricing against competitors, the products worth adding in the first place, the warehouse work, the report that says what you actually made — same principle, and each one built when customers asked for it. None of it is guesswork about what sellers might want.

One of them you can move yourself: ask the fulfillment centre you already use why they are not running DropShipSync yet. Coming from a paying client, that question carries weight ours never will.

Bring us one day of your operation

How many links you watch, how many faturas you issue, who handles the alerts. We will run your own numbers and show you the same day.
